Are you a yoga teacher, medical professional, scientist, artist, dancer, musician, educator or researcher? Schedule an in-person, on-line or phone session with Terry to learn about ways to advance your career with yoga. Terry trains medical professionals, yoga therapists and yoga teachers to use yoga as a therapeutic modality. She offers certification programs in both Adaptive Yoga and in Warm Water Yoga.

Setting Up a Yoga Program for People with Specific Needs
If you are interested in establishing a yoga program for a specialized population, Terry may be able to assist you. Her Adaptive Yoga training is being used to train nurses in hospitals. She has developed after-school yoga programs and program for at-risk children in Columbia and Greene counties, NY; chair yoga programs for senior citizens in Dutchess and Columbia Counties, NY; yoga for people living with Parkinson’s disease in Dutchess County; and warm water yoga for people with arthritis and other mobility inhibiting conditions; including post-operative recovery from joint replacements, neurological conditions including strokes, paralysis and neurological impairments such as essential tremors and Parkinson's Disease in Dutchess County, NY. Her yoga program for people living with neurological conditions was show-cased at the 34th Annual Braintree Neurological Rehabilitation Conference in Boston, MA. She is skilled at adapting classical yoga postures to meet the needs of specialized populations.
