Learn ways to keep your spine healthy – learn the yoga poses to practice if you have spinal stenosis, bulging or herniated discs in your lower back or neck or degenerative disc disease and the poses to avoid aggravating these conditions.
This two-hour workshop is designed to help you to regain spinal alignment, good posture, muscle tone & flexibility, and abdominal strength, while cultivating a peaceful connection between your body and mind. The yoga poses that we will focus on will open up restricted joints, stretch tight muscles and strengthen weak ones.
