Yoga for Arthritis, Joint Pain & Limited Mobility
Spend a weekend with us in Rhinebeck, New York improving your balance and range of motion using chairs and walls as props, before moving into a warm water pool where you can ease your joints and increase mobility with a gentle yoga flow.
Having a yoga background is not a prerequisite. Knowing how to swim is not necessary. This 9-hour workshop begins on Saturday, April 28th at 9 am and ends on Sunday, April 29th at noon. This workshop is limited to 18 participants, so we ask that you sign up early if you wish to participate.

PS: If you need a walking device to remain stable this workshop is not appropriate for you. Please contact us about other opportunities to come work with us. We do work with people with severe movement limitations and partial paralysis.
Workshop Payment & Refund Policy
Tuition for this workshop is $300. We provide lunch and snacks on Saturday and a continental breakfast on Sunday morning but you will need to arrange for your lodging and additional meals. Payment by certified check or money order is preferred, but payment by PayPal is also an option. Checks should be made out to Schaff Yoga Therapy and sent to:

You will be officially enrolled upon receipt of your payment. If you need to cancel prior to the start of the workshop payment will be returned to you in the form of a credit that is good for one year from the date of the start of the workshop towards any future Schaff Yoga Therapy service or offering. Services available include: mentoring, one-on-one yoga therapy (in-person and on Skype), workshops and training programs.
In the event that Schaff Yoga Therapy has to cancel this program for an unexpected reason, you will be given a full refund.
